paid for itself after one use! I had a party and the price to rent one of these only made sense to buy it. it works really well and is easy to clan. my kids can operate it and we have turned our lazy Sundays into fundays all because this is running in the background

Worst product ever!!!! Missing parts and won't send them out to me after paying all this money.

I'm leaving a poor review for this item because of a significant decline in quality compared to a previous purchase. We bought one of these slushie machines before, and it had an excellent reputation. When my new site needed one, I naturally chose the same model.However, upon arrival, something seemed tilted, and our suspicions were confirmed when we turned the machine on: one side was completely leaking from the handle. Given that these slushie machines cost $800 each and we purchased two, I expected much better support in replacing such a large piece of equipment. Unfortunately, no one assisted us or even directed us toward replacement parts. Be warned, returning this item will undoubtedly come at a significant cost to you.

From the very first time I used it. It was a hit. it is so simple to use and clean. the only thing is make sure the handle is pushed up completely or it will leak. Other than that it is wonderful.

Bought this commercial unit to run during a busy two week festival where we make 25 percent of our annual revenue. It did not survive day one fully functional. One side never worked. No time to get a replacement. We left $ on the table. Would not purchase again.I don’t normally write reviews but want to make sure small business owners know this isn’t a reliable machine.

The media could not be loaded. With juice it’s amazing with any type of alcohol does not freeze at all

This machine leaks constantly. I’m so disappointed. I’ve come in several times to find liquid all over my counter and floor.
