A great value
I got this kit mainly for the bacteria tests included. I wanted to test my natural spring water. Still waiting for the bacteria test as it takes 48 hours, so I experimented with the strips on the spring water, tap water, and bottled water. I pictured each one. Very interesting to see. Tap water had the most chlorine of course. Bottle water had the lowest alkalinity. The rest was close to all the same results.Update: Checked the bacteria test after 48 hours and it does show a slight color change from the yellow liquid to slightly green. It's been cold here though so it was hard to keep the bottle above 69°F as recommended so it may have changed more idk. I plan to use the 2nd test later on in warmer weather.

Easy to use
Very easy to use. You get a lot of test strips in this. Easy to see how your water compares to the packet colors.

toxins
The instructions were confusing, but once I figured it out, I was able to find out that my water is high in zinc but that Britta gets rid of most of it!

Easy to use, results accurate
A contractor told me that my water softener wasn’t working and he was trying to sell me a new unit. I did a water test and could see a substantial difference between the treated and untreated water. The test strips showed that my values for treated water were within acceptable limits. I subsequently had it professionally tested, which confirmed the results of my test with the strips. I saved the cost of a new water softener.

They work appropriately
A breeze to use even I could use them and understand them. What’s not to like? They’re color coded. Tested 3 water samples of different sources and they were fairly the same so, I added salt and sodium hit off the charts as well as chlorine. Added baking soda and ph came down . There is nothing about arsenic or jet fuel, but you can’t have everything!

It works
I’m used to doing “ dipstick” tests, so to me, this was easy.Is it accurate? I can only trust it is, because I have nothing to compare

All tests come out the same
I tested four different waters just to see what the differences were, and they all came out exactly the same. I don't think that these strips are accurate. I tested one from my faucet, I. Tested one from my refrigerator that has a filter in it. I then tested one from a water britta system, and I tested one from a bottled water. And every single one of them came out exactly the same. Would not buy them And at the same time, they do not tell you exactly The percentages you have.
