Tldr; Battery works fine. Make sure you buy the correct replacement battery, different model numbers will have different size batteries.After 5 yr, my Verizon LG Velvet started to loose a noticeable amount of battery capacity and would drain excessively fast. The manufacturer lists my model's battery as "not user serviceable" but this kit gives you just about everything you need to pry off the back of the phone's case and replace the battery yourself. The battery itself seems to be everything it advertises, after replacing my battery my phone seems to be back to how it was when it was new.I would recommend also having an exacto knife and several replacement blades to delicately cut away at the back panel's glue and use as shims. I also highly recommend getting a replacement back panel for your model of phone. I tried being as careful as I could and I still managed to shatter it while prying on it trying to get it off. A replacement back panel should also come with replacement glue so that you aren't forced to reuse the old glue you just pried off the back of your case.Hope this helps, and good luck!
