Works great. Amazing addition to my home for individual room temperature regulation. Highly recommended. Synced with my Ecobee sensors and thermostat with no issues at all.

While i returned this bridge because they had a better price on their website; I recently upgraded my home with the Flair air conditioning vent system from Flair, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. The installation was surprisingly straightforward, fitting seamlessly into my existing setup without the need for any complex tools or professional help. If you have a large heat pump that you would like to use 3 to 5 smart thermostats, install yourself, and be able to control each unit in your home while you’re away, this is the best option without spending over a thousand dollars with an HVAC company. The small pucks work wirelessly with this router. If you use the pucks without the router, they must be plugged in. I prefer the router because it gives the puck the classic, modernized, thermostat look. I currently have 3 of my 5 ductless units hooked up to these smart thermostat pucks. They work flawlessly. The app works well. You are able to program each puck to work the way you want the ductless units to work throughout the day and night.

So I'll preface this by saying I tried the Android and Web apps for setup - I don't have an iOS device so couldn't try thatBut this device is AWFUL! I will admit I saw poor reviews on some of the Flair products, and I assumed it was just user error. I mean, how bad can it be? I've been using smart devices for years, and have a few dozen different companies, and I've always gotten them to work pretty quickly. This was differentI tried to set up my device to connect to my wifi - because I've seen many other similar companies that have very sketchy security. So I don't need this device on my main network. But once I tried to set up Wi-Fi, it became AWFUL. The app was able to connect to the device as expected, and then it connected to the Wi-Fi... And then failed to connect to Flair servers. I got to this point twiceNow if this was the whole problem, it might just be me. Maybe I'm just being dumb, and I could still just assume it didn't work for ME. But that's not it. Over the time I tried to set up the device, to get through this process ofconnect to local device -> connect device to Wi-Fi - let device talk to the company serversI had to restart the process OVER TEN TIMES. Changing apps caused the process to break which, fine, not great user experience but I can live with it. But it would for NO REASON have steps fail. Or just randomly go back to the start of the process and need you to reset the device and restart. TEN TIMESNow I consider myself pretty good with technology - I mean, working with smart tech is what I've done for my JOB. And I've worked with development versions of apps that worked better than the Flair app. It's unusable

For years I have had Fair pucks for my mini split system. When it worked it was wonderful - loved that I could use my smart phone to adjust the temp or turn the system on or off. But the sensors often went off-line requiring a putzy reset. This bridge has FINALLY fixed that problem!! It was easy to set up and reconfigure the pucks to sensor pucks. Works beautifully now.

It does exactly what it's meant to do. I have my Flair vent on the opposite side of my house but on the same floor and never had any connectivity issues after several months of use.

The Good:- If you have flair pucks that have issues connecting then this SHOULD resolve your issue.The Annoying:- I feel they made this bridge to fix a fundamental issue with their pucks.- This should have been free or heavily discounted as this is pretty much required if you have a home with more than 1 floor or your pucks are more than 20 feet from one another.Am I happy that this works? - YesDo I feel scammed into buying into a system that should have worked as promised and then forced to buy an additional item to fix their own product issue? - Absolutely!!!!
