Worked just as I wanted. Offline Portugese works great.

So I can't unsee how much it feels like a MP4 from early 2000. The feeling, the blurry screen, the little camera, the rough buttons, the sound... Really low quality, feels like it's gonna break anytime soon. More of a dinosaur than a high tech AI device. And the translation barely made it Google translation level. Why don't I just use my phone with Google translation app, I don't know why I even have it.

I've used this several times for work when I don't have a translator available for spanish. You can use wifi or download. I download the languages I need (mostly Spanish) and find that it communicates what I need effectively. It has multiple languages available which I'm pretty impressed with.It's pretty lightweight, the size of a small iphone but lighter. It's pretty easy to operate and set up and like that it is so handy.I am a mobile worker so work out of my car a lot and just make sure it is charged while I'm driving around. I haven't used it for extended periods but do notice the battery does drain a bit.Overall, it is more convenient to use than google translate and more reliable for work purposes.If you see yourself traveling or going to places where you will have limited internet availability, then this might be an option for you.

This is a well made and highly functional offline translator. It is extremely easy to use, and allows you to download a vast array of languages for offline use. It translates quickly and accurately and has fantastic battery life. An outstanding value at the price point. Highly recommend.

Well, it's not the most stylish of devices, it does the stated job well, and in this case I prefer function over form.It has enough memory to hold every language available and is decently responsive.I definitely could have used this in my retail days but it can still be useful when I'm out and about.

Despite the grand claims of cutting-edge technology and 98% accuracy, my experience was far from satisfactory.he translations were often inaccurate and misleading, especially for complex sentences. the results were inconsistent at best. The advertised "blazing-fast response time" was not consistent, with delays occurring frequently.The offline translation feature was one of the main reasons I purchased this device, but it turned out to be unreliable. Several times, it failed to translate simple phrases correctly without an internet connection, defeating the purpose of offline functionality.would need to return this.

This is lightning fast. Not just the translation, but powering on and being ready to go is zippy. The device is simple to use without instruction really. Select the 1st and 2nd language. Hold the language button down when inputting and the translation comes right out. Simple to use, fast and seems to have a great battery life.I assume the translations would be a little off. I am hoping that over time the device adapts to my voice and can start to learn and pick up inflection to lose a little less in translation because there is a bit of loss. I know just a bit of Spanish and French to know that it is far enough off to add confusion to a conversation. I would be so relieved in many situations to have this though. Even if the conversation isn't translated perfectly. The use case scenario that I wanted it for was for customer interactions and for my very curious daughter to start picking up some Spanish words. She always wants to play with Spanish speaking children and they cannot say more than Hello to one another. I am hoping that this inspires some friendships and hopefully easier days in customer service for my other daughter.The device is compact, lightweight and easy to carry in a pocket or purse. The screen on it is bright and easy to read. Buttons are simple. Other than some translations that I know have been off, this has been phenomenal to have and experiment with. I can't wait for a real use case to see if there is too much lost to have genuine understanding but I have a feeling it will be enough to get the point across. I hope this can break down some barriers to getting to know some cool people who I wouldn't get to otherwise talk to.

This is a nice little translator device for traveling in my opinion! It is simple and intuitive to operate and works quickly to perform the translation. The screen is easy to read, and the touch response is also very good. The unit's battery life is excellent, and I like that a lanyard and protective case were included. So far, I am pleased with this product's performance, and therefore it receives a five star recommendation from me!
