Returned our toilet to New
Our 7-year old fixture has been having weak flushes. This replacement unit returned our fixture to like-new strength. Works great and was very easy to install. Worked so well, we did the replacement for both fixtures (same units).

Great toilet
works as advertised. A little tricky to install. I wish the wrench that does not look like a wrench was flagged as the tool to secure the unit to the base of the toilet in the instructions.

It was the exact fit for my toilet.
It was a perfect replacement for my toilet which has performed well over the many years. Once I got everything put together correctly and tightened up, it has worked flawlessly.

Great Vendor
This product was as expected, it was delivered way quicker than expected.This manufacturer/vendor provides excellent customer service.. its a shame some larger global companies couldn't follow this!Definitely recommended.

Incomplete equipment for the job!
The item works fine but there was missing the O-ring for the bottom of it to seal between the water tank and the toilet top. Thus I had to go out and buy another O ring to seal it.
