Super easy to setup and install. Amazing light and thus, heat blocking. Solar powered option was crucial for my setup (20 ft high windows) and I’ve had zero issues. Note: my custom blinds needed to have the remote ‘reversed’ so if the custom blinds don’t retract all the way down, check that setting first.

This is seriously one of the coolest features of my home!

The blinds are nice and I got them set up with the WiFi bridge. I’m not sure if the solar panel is working. The charge indicator does 2 small flashes and then stops.Update: solar panel works

No help available on line or by phone from the manufacturer. Programming features apparently very limited on Alexa or Tuya up or down …. That’s it!,,

The shades are compatible with smart home systems like Alexa and Google and being able to control them with a voice command or through the remote is a game-changer, especially when I'm in the middle of something and need to adjust the light quickly. The solar-powered aspect is a convenient aspect although it's important to note that the effectiveness of the solar panel largely depends on the window's orientation. In my case, with a south-facing window, the solar panel keeps the shades powered without needing frequent recharging.

We now have to get one of these for all major windows because we love the convience of having this! We place it in the livingroom, there is always one window specifically that at certain times, the sun is directly in our eyes on the couch. It’s so annoying having to get up and lower the blinds and then raise them back up when we are ready. And we always have to put the strings up because one of my cats like to try and hang herself. With these blinds, you don’t have to worry about that at all! Can use either the battery powered or solar powered which is great! Comes with a remote so raise and lower the blinds. It’s pretty slow to move but I don’t find a problem with that, just a little annoying when you need to wait for it to get to a length to pause. Only complaint that I have is that the instructions do not include how to pair with Alexa. We couldn’t figure out how to do so. While it’s not necessary, it would be nice to use especially since it’s advertised.
