Don't overpay for this part from a national retailer - the warranty on this is probably better anyways.
I took our mini-van in to a mechanic, and he wanted to charge me over $600 to replace the idler-tensioner. They claimed that it would cost $270 just for this part, and then the remainder of the cost was for the diagnosis and the labor. Fortunately, I was able to rub the two brain cells that I do have together and realized that between YouTube and my ability to tighten and loosen two bolts, I could probably save some money. I originally purchased this part from a national retailer for $150 since I was hesitant seeing the exact same part going for about 1/5 of even that price -- until I felt how flimsy the $150 part felt. I decided to just go ahead and order this for $33, and lo and behold, I couldn't see a whole lot of difference between this part and the $150 part. As it turns out, this one even has a longer warranty of two years than the other one with a one year warranty. The most difficult part of this installation was pulling up the belt diagram for a 2009 Kia Sedona because Google Images kept throwing belt diagrams for mid-2000s Kia Sorentos at me. A smarter person probably would have taken a picture of the belt layout before removing it. (And no, there was no belt diagram posted in the engine compartment or in the user guide. If you have a posted diagram, more power to you. This entire removal and installation should take you between 10-15 minutes in that case.)

Good Price, has lasted 4 years, 31,000 miles - Update 2/28/22
For preventive maintenance It may not be a bad idea to check/change belt if neededThis product was listed for KIA and cross reference search showed it is the same for 2007 SONATA V6. Amazonindicated it would fit for said SONATA. The price is way less than other markers and it makes sense that KIAand Hyundai sometimes uses same parts. Well made. Only down side is it took 5 days to get to me, wonder ifit came from Korea. For preventive maintenance It may not be a bad idea to change belt, water pump, tensionerans free running pulley at the same time at say 120,000 miles at one go. Moving parts and all.Update, this part is still fine and car running at 172,000 mile, 2/28/22

Perfectly fine, from what I can tell...
As others have noted, this is a LOT cheaper than normal parts-store replacements. It installed perfectly, and it certainly appears that the quality of the casting and machining is as good as one could reasonably expect.

This part was great and what I needed at a great price when my serpentine pulley came off while driving.
