A nice, well made large dish. Good for hob and also oven use. It's supplied with little pot holders too. Looks as good quality as a L* C****** and is a nice colour.Dishwashes well but only bottom rack because it's very heavy.

Amazing, value is incredible. I've made bread, stews, curries you name it. Great heat retention, enamel holds up very well, cleans up beautifully, weighty but not too much.The extras of recipe book, silicone heat pad and little pot holders are brilliant and the colour is gorgeous!

This big, beautiful pot is a kitchen workhorse! It does its job extremely well, tackling everything from slow-cooked stews to hearty soups with ease. I'm incredibly happy with my purchase. Be warned, the cast iron construction makes it quite heavy, but that's a testament to its durability and heat retention. It's an investment that will provide years of delicious results, despite the weight.

After countless hours of researching the ideal size, coating, and colour, I decided on this Overmont 6.6L enamelled cast iron Dutch oven, specifically because I wanted a larger capacity for baking bigger loaves, and I’m so glad I did!At first, I was sceptical since I'd never heard of Overmont before, but everything about this oven won me over. The size is absolutely perfect for large sourdough loaves, casseroles, and hearty stews. The enamelled coating is not only beautiful, but incredibly practical. The bright orange finish was exactly as shown in the photos, vibrant and eye-catching, which I was thrilled about since you often don’t get that level of accuracy when ordering online.One of the things that stood out immediately was how well-made this Dutch oven is. The moment I lifted the box, I could feel its solid build. It is heavy, just like you’d expect from quality cast iron, and feels durable enough to last a lifetime. I was particularly drawn to its ability to handle high heat both on the hob and in the oven, which makes it perfect for searing meats or getting that amazing crust on a sourdough loaf.In terms of performance, this Dutch oven doesn’t disappoint. It heats up quickly and retains the heat exceptionally well, which is crucial for baking. I’ve baked a few loaves of sourdough in it already, and each one has turned out with a beautifully crisp crust and soft, airy interior. It also works wonders for slow-cooked dishes like casseroles and stews, locking in moisture and flavour thanks to its tight-fitting lid.The delivery was fast, and the packaging was impressive. Everything arrived in pristine condition, including some lovely extras like the cotton potholders, which have already come in handy. I only paid £50.49, which feels like an absolute steal for the quality you get. It is comparable to high-end brands but at a fraction of the cost.If you're after a Dutch oven for baking or slow-cooking, this one is definitely worth considering. Arrived packed in a sturdy quality box, complete with a little recipe book, Heatproof silicon 'trivate' thingy and a couple pretty heatproof cloth handle holder things. very heavy pan/dutch oven. Great Quality, nice finish and colour. Used once for a batch of 'pre cooked chicken for curries' using a range of spices even the Turmeric didn't discolour the inside coating which is white/cream. Quick and easy to clean up and it is not a flimsy pan, just the lid on its own is about a 1kg in weight. very happy with this especially for the price.

I love everything about this casserole dish, having never had a cast iron one before. I chose this one, because it is enameled lined, with a self basting lid.The colour I chose is I would say is teal, rather than sea green. I love teal! I made sure I read all the care instructions, because when you buy something like this, you want it to last, and by just avoiding certain things, like maybe putting it in cold water while it is still hot, or not washing and drying thoroughly, can lead to rust around the bare edges on the rim and lid. I wiped a tiny amount of avocado oil around the dish and lid edges to protect it. It came with a small recipe book. Also, cute little pads for moving it, when the handles are hot, and a silicon mat. My Polish friend taught me to cook Rosol, on the stove top uncovered, which was my first use of it, and as the heat distribution ensured the long slow cooking, essential for this meal, it was a complete success. It is heavy, even when empty, so check you will be able to manage it, All in all, one of my best ever purchases. Being able to start cooking on the stove, then transfer to the oven too, is very useful. It goes without saying that looked after, it will be durable and a great addition to any kitchen.

I don't often write reviews, but I want to let others know about this item. It's beautiful to look at, though it's cream, not white. It's heavy, the lid is especially weighty, but manageable.It produces excellent food, allowed the heat to distribute evenly and is very easy to clean. The silicon mat and handle holders are good quality and the little cookbook is useful.I really recommend this Overmont Dutch oven.
