Yummy Kitchenware 22 cm Large Stainless Steel Fine Mesh Sieve with Sturdy Handle

Bought this item to replace a plastic one that had unfortunately been left in the wrong place on the gas hob. Not a good idea. This sieve is the same size as the one I had but much sturdier and cleaner looking, it has a very fine mesh so can be used for sieving virtually anything. Looks like something you would find in a professional kitchen so for the money I think it was an excellent buy.

Needed a metal sieve to drain hot food and this seemed a good mix of price and quality. There is some flex in the handle for the size, just don't try to fill it with potato and it's fine. Only problem with it is it's a pain to clean, the mesh is so fine that it traps crumbs, but overall very satisfied.

I was always having trouble with rice and small pieces of food getting trapped between the out of shape mesh and frame of my old sieve, but the new Yummy sieve is so well put together I can see this won’t be a problem in years to come. Just what I wanted.

Really pleased with this strainer. A nice big size - well made and stylish and (unlike my old, plastic strainer of the same size) it doesn't bend under the weight of a large portion of potatoes or rice. Very pleased, thank you.

I use the sieve when I am baking . However I do find the handle though strong isnot very comfortable in my hand when holding it.

I was looking for a good quality large fine mesh sieve that will last and that can be used mainly for sieving flour.This product is exactly what I wanted.

I have only had this product for a few days but am finding it to be of a good standard and durable.

My oh my, quite simply the best sieve i have ever used, strong and sturdy and nice looking. Will definitely be ordering from this company again!
