Great book
This book has helped me a lot! I learned things about ADHD that i didn’t even know, I thought it was a “me” thing and it wouldn’t have crossed my mind that it was actually linked to my diagnosis. This book has given me the push i needed to start decluttering and after i started doing that it has been easier to organize my house. If you are worried about not being able to read the book because you usually aren’t able to finish books or you loose track of what you read just a few moments ago I don’t think you would have a problem with this book. I work full time and have 3 kids and i read it after my kids fell asleep, it took me 3 days, probably about 3 hours total and I consider it easy to follow and reader friendly. It has very helpful tips and resources and i love that it has a very cute spring cleaning to do list which you can use and check the boxes when you finish each task. I definitely recommend this book to anyone struggling to keep their home organized and clutter free.

valuable information, but…
SUPER repetitive. This book has value, so i gave it a high rating. But it says in 183 passes what it could say in 50 or less. I also rated it high because maybe some people with ADHD need the repitition for it to sink in, for me it was just frustrating I was spending time reading the same thing over and over. The short version is, make lists, break down projects into small pieces, reflect, have an accountability partner/ support system, reward yourself. It’s literally those things, over and over, not just for each chapter or section but within each chapter. It was so distracting, that I possibly missed some gems of suggestions because I just scanned over the last half of the book. I especially think this book could be valuable for someone with a TBI who has memory deficits trying to get a grip on organizing with ADHD, but really, for those of us easily distracted (cough, ADHD), repeating the same tricks 100 (not exaggeration) times best way to get the message hammered in.

Great tips and tricks!
This book is a great read for someone who struggles with staying organized and clutter free while living with ADHD. I struggle with task paralysis and executive dysfunction and this book speaks to that, and so much more!I enjoyed being able to learn about the science behind ADHD and being able to see the WHY behind my brain. The author breaks down room by room and provides ideas for organization and systems that can be put in place. I started with the digital decluttering to limit my doomscrolling, and it helped immensely. I then moved onto my more trouble area, toys in my toddlers room. I’m excited to continue to work space through space implementing the tricks within this book.Try it out!

So helpful!
My kids have ADHD and it can be frustrating to deal with the mess they leave and the unorganized nature of their rooms, etc. This really helped me understand things from their perspective. It also gave me very practical tips for helping them get and stay organized. And will be a good resource for them too as they grow and become more independent. Full of information and practical advice.

Truly made simple
The author of this book is truly an angel. They understood exactly the impact that ADHD has on many of us even though everyone’s experience is different. I truly felt the author of this book was speaking directly to me.The book does many things firstly it reinforces somethings you may already know but in a truly ADHD friendly way and in a way that is encouraging, motivating and easy to tailor to suit your own needs.Secondly, the book gives many helpful tips and tricks that people spend hard earned cash (thus this book is a true steal if you ask me).Thirdly, the book is methodically laid out in such a way that you can come back and forward to the book using the differing sections as and when you require the information, support and guidance - making it a handy guide to have in your own self management toolkit. And finally, the author has excellently merged the requirement for sensory and tactile needs such as pen and paper with the modern lifestyle and making use of technology!A book well thought out and well written - one to truly keep in your toolkit.

An Excellent Book
I don't have ADHD. However, a relative does, so I read this book to help them. The book is extremely well-written and well-researched. It's written in an easy-going, enjoyable way. The strategies recommended living a more organised life could apply to anyone, however, extremely useful for people living with ADHD. I highly recommend this book. I learned a lot from it.
