This is an amazing kitchen gadget and I found it was really easy to use. When I opened the box I realised that I had to put the handle on and I also noticed the instructions were on the box. I removed the top of the pineapple and lined up the cutter onto the core and twisted and pushed at the same time until it reached the bottom. I then removed the handle and slid the pineapple off. I then pressed the plastic segment cutter to make pineapple chunks. I am really impressed with this as it makes cutting up a pineapple so much easier so of cause I do recommend
