From a bag enthusiast: This is the perfect bag for a busy life.
CON:1. The only downside is that it is a little heavy when not on your back - which makes sense because it is the single most padded backpack I've ever used, keeping my 2 laptops very protected. Mind you, it isn't the heaviest, that honor goes to Belroy Transit backpacks but certainly much heavier than most Osprey backpacks. It is well in the middle range for the capacity. However, when it's on your back, it is very well supported and sits nicely so it doesn't feel heavy.2. The main zipper has a divider, making it a 2 step process. This is to ensure the zippers are in the middle and covered by the flap, for rain. Not useful to me, or at least I can do it myself. So I cut it with relative ease and just used a lighter to singe the ends. It catches a little bit as there is still a lump where the divider is sewn. Happy with it though, should have done it the first day. See PICTURE.3. I never really use the flap as I only use the zipper on main compartment but I can see for a commuter it would be nice to have it more secure. It's nice to have as the pocket on it is very accessible and it certainly adds to the style. It's not hard to use but just feels redundant and an extra step whenever opening it. However, you have 2 other zippers to access the main compartment in a pinch.PROS:1. GADGETS extravaganza. There are 2 very padded compartments, a big one and a small one. I can have a laptop on each. Even the small one can fit my Alienware M16 R2 (14.33"x9.81"x0.93") - it is tight but it works. The larger compartment fits it with ease, probably being able to fit 17" laptops as well. I usually have the M16 on the larger, and a HP 16" X360 on the smaller. Then a binder on the main compartment.2. Very accessible. The side opening on the main compartment is very handy for finding something on the bottom. Or lazily stashing something in there without undoing the main flap. Also, there is a laptop zipper that also gives you access to the main compartment. Giving a total of 3 ways to access the main compartment and it feels like overkill at first but I've found a particular preference for using each one.3. Generous sized water bottle. Also, it is very deep so I can comfortably toss my phone and wallet in there in a pinch.4. So many functional compartments! Including a padded pocket for chargers and other large, long and unwieldy items.5. Ultra padded shades pocket.6. So sturdy. Very well built.7. Style is great. The color (green) and the design hides the fact that it is a 27L backpack.8. Does decently well upright. It cannot stand by itself but leaning on something makes it very accessible.9. Sturdy and padded handles everywhere, on the side, on top. Strap for luggage handle.10. Back pocket for valuables. It's a little big for office use where you just have your laptop and some small items. However, if you go to the gym after, or have extra clothes with you, or go to school. Or in my case, I go to school after work. Then this fits the bill exactly and nothing comes close.

Large but top quality
Large day packsack but quite useful for business trips with lots of stuff to carry around. I was apprehensive at first of the large size but finally like it. It has many specialized pockets with one for important docs and $ tucked in between the bag and you back. Top quality. Three good laptop/tablets pockets well padded and several handle for ease of carrying. Quite happy with it.

Great purchase, will keep for years to come
This backpack fulfills every requirement I was looking for - very particular needs and it excels!- Both side panels available for a water bottle & umbrella (one side is zipped, but lots of space)- Easy access for both a laptop & ipad (both feel very secure and padded)- Ventilated back & comfortable shoulder straps- Luggage strap for ease and efficiency on travel days with a suitcase- Plenty of organizational options with pockets on the side & main flap- Plenty of storage space for travelIt's expensive, but the only backpack I've found that ticks every box I'm looking for and then some.

Great backpack, very comfortable
This backpack is great. I've had for a week now and have no major complaints with it. It is spacious, comfortable and also feels lighter than it seems. I've had smaller backpacks with fewer items in them that felt heavier than this. I use this as an everyday carry backpack and I can easily see myself using it for a weekend trip. Some minor complaints to this backpack:- The color in the pictures is not representative of the actual color of the backpack; the light green is lighter than the pictures and while I was expecting something different, I don't dislike it.- The top flap to access the main compartment from the top can sometimes be hard to open; this can sometimes be frustrating and I can't unlock it without looking at it but it also makes it somewhat more secure. Additionally, the side opening which gives access to the main compartment is very useful for quick access to something like an umbrella or hoodie and doesn't require fully opening the backpack.- The laptop sleeve does not appear to be floating, meaning the laptop sleeve goes all the way to the bottom of the backpack, offering less protection when putting it down. The bottom of the backpack is a little bit padded so as long as you're not throwing your bag, the laptop should be plenty safe.
