The battery has been working fine so far. I haven't had any of the issues that other reviews are saying. The battery doesn't get hot, and its been working well. The only thing is im not sure if this is actually 7000mah, it might be though just not sure. It gives me 1 full charge which is enough for a full day. However, it has been working just as described. For iphone 13, this may be the best option available here because I have checked out many of the battery cases. It comes with a charging wire and a screen protector so that is a big plus.If you need something to help your phone last, this will be a great choice. I don't like carrying around power banks so this case is perfect for me.

This battery case only worked for about 4 weeks and is no longer able to charge my phone.

This case was fine for a few months and then stopped fully charging. There are 4 lights on the back and it won't charge past 2 lights. And even more strangely, it seems like it even might be drawing power FROM my phone because I started getting a very short amount of usable time out of my phone when it was in this case. Very dissapointed.

1. the charge is WAY less than 7000mah. i havent tested it but this morning it was fully charged, my phone was at about 40%, after charging with the battey pack phone is at 75% and only 2 bars left on the device.2. the ability to work as a passthrough device seems to have stopped. carplay worked with this just fine until today. i changed cables, rebooted my phone, nothing worked. then i removed my phone from this case and carplay immediay started working.3. it will charge the phone for a short bit then just stop, i have to constantly press and hold on but button on the back to get it to charge the phone.thats too many problems for me

I am working through an issue with the item itself and we are in the wrapping up stage of that. I will say that based on the outstanding professionalism on the part of the seller I would not hesitate to buy this item again. They definitely stand behind what they sell and even though we had an issue initially with the item it looks like that has been taken care of. I'd buy it again and buy from this seller!

Bought this back in June, fast forward to mid August and now through mid-September writing this; and the lighting cable falls out with the slightest of movement. Overall the case works great; takes my phone from 1% to 100% fairly quick, charges fairly quick when the cable doesn’t fall out, dropped my phone in gravel/on pavement/hardwood and it’s been fine. I’ve had no problems keeping my phone charged during 15+ hour workdays. My only problem is that you need to make sure the cable is supported when you lay it down to charge because about two months in the charging port became very loose.

I love these battery backup cases! They're so handy! The case itself charges quickly the case is very durable and made very well! It would definitely protect your protect your phone! I did however take a star away because the case is a little heavy! Other that that, two thumbs up!
