Just What the Doctor Ordered
I have been struggling with Lateral Epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow and no, I don't play tennis) on the right arm for about 8 months now. I got a cortisone shot, the pain got away for about two months just to come back with a vengeance. I restarted my physical therapy but the improvement was very slow. I always read that a key part of the treatment was cold therapy, and for reasons I'm still trying to assess, I never really paid attention to this point, but I was doing the rest fairly well. The ice therapy needs to be done properly, using compression for at least 20 minutes for at least 3 times a day, and I kept doing it with a regular ice bag, keeping it in place with my other hand or resting over the arm on its own weightSo I said, maybe this is the part I'm missing, and for this price I gave it a try and bought this arm wrap. I've been using it for about a week now and the results are amazing, compressing the area with ice does really make a difference, and this product is amazingly good doing its work. Very easy to put in without help -one common flaw of other wraps-, it freezes fast and for more than 20 minutes give you good cold. The material looks sturdy and the combination of neoprene with two very strong Velcro locks gives the right amount of pressure to the arm while still being really comfortable and light. Great quality product, made by professionals

Helpful Ice Wrap
I bought this to help ease my tennis elbow. What I like: Adjustable velcro connections making easier to put on than most elbow wraps, provides good cold coverage and stays cold for a long time (at least 45 minutes, if it's been in the freezer overnight). What I don't like: It looks like it's flexible, but when thoroughly cold, it's actually frozen and it won't allow your elbow to bend. This isn't a requirement for me, but it does limit what you can do while you're wearing it. The cold parts are actually small squares of a gel-like substance encased in a rather flimsy plastic-type material, they're hard as frozen ice cubes after having been in the freezer. It feels like this material will tear easily when the gel-substance is frozen though I haven't torn it since I've been using it; suppose it must be light-weight in order for the cold to penetrate and reach your skin. These are fairly minor "cons" however; I'm overall glad I purchased it. I always keep the upper strap in the same position, so it makes pulling it on and closing the lower strap easy to accomplish with one hand. That's been my biggest issue with other elbow wraps, they've always been very difficult to put on with just one free arm. This one is easy to get on and off and stays in place once you have it on.

Perfect for Golf or Tennis Elbow
I use this wrap about 3 times a day to help with some tendinitis in my elbow. It works really well, overall the pain in my elbow has gone down considerably. I'm happy with the overall quality of this product. It's got some nice elasticity to the bands and the velcro holds tight so I can get it tight around my arm for decent compression. The individual ice packs allow the wrap to wrap around your arm but they don't last that long. Granted your body generates a lot of heat and being out in room temperature is going to melt them at a rapid pace, but they only last about 20 mins and take approximately 2 hours to freeze. Overall I'm happy with this wrap, it has significantly decreased the tendinitis pain in my elbow.

Well made! After buying 4 different wraps, I finally found a good one.
I have tried SEVERAL different ice wraps/bandages for my golfers elbow. This one has been by far the best. Not quite as much mobility with it on as some of the others, but it stays in place well. I have only had it for about a month, but I use it daily. The velcro and wrap itself a WAY more durable than the others I have tried. No fraying. The velcro sticks as good today as the day I bought it.I usually leave it on for about 20 minutes at a time and it stays consistently cold the entire time. If there is a con, It doesn't freeze quite as cold as I would like...but it is definitely adequate.

Cold as ice
I used wrap for tennis elbow. It gets very cold but with minimal freezer burn even directly on my skin. I like the small cells of ice that are used because that makes the wrap flexible after you've had it in for a minute or two. The compression works decently but is hard to get tight on the elbow without assistance. The one major con is that after less than a month of use I can tell that the velcro is losing its strength.

love it
I love this ice pack, I just had surgery and was able to work and ice, when I was able to return to work. It fits great, I would give it 5 stars, except it needs one thing . A piece of cloth between your skin and the cold section. Either you need a cloth or long sleeves on. It's very cold fresh out of the freezer.

I get tennis elbow often and this allows an efficient and fairly comfortable application of ice
This does the job... I get tennis elbow often and this allows an efficient and fairly comfortable application of ice. I would suggest to the mfg that they add a bit more of the blue gel so it stays colder longer.

which really amazed me. But
As soon as it arrived... no more elbow pain. However, when my back acted up... I used it with an ace wrap. Even through a t- shirt, I got a freezer burn on my skin, which really amazed me. But... the back pain went away... and so did the freezer burn (after one day). I'll get back to you once my elbow goes on the fritz.

¡Totalmente recomendable!
