Fairly firm
The pillow is super nice, and I used it for one of my daki covers and it fit very well. I've got no complaints, especially since it feels like most other daki insert pillows are more expensive.

Not 20x60
This pillow is nice and thick but it's not 20x60. The cover I have is a 20x60 and it's a good 6 inches longer than the pillow.

SUPER soft
Just popped it out and gave it a best of a test by laying with it and you can tell that the material they use for the casing is SUPER soft. It's comfortable, it's easy to lay in and honestly, whenever I decide to buy dakimura covering, I know that I bought the right choice!
