That's not to be confused with lumens, which is a brightnessI like the "life hack" of using 2 extenders in each recessed ceiling lights, the 100% is main, 50% key, and one of these bulbs in each socket pointed at you 45°/20° respectively from the front Left and right - I like a third one behind me over my right shoulder as my back light at 15 - 20%.I love that you can use Amazon Alexa app for the Google home app to set the color, the % brightness, and option of a Timer... Take it from me... If you can't afford the expensive lights let's go on the floor is a little lower towards your face, these will work fine as you keep the ratios as I say about. The quality is amazing. They are as easy as screwing in light bulb. The value is the best on Amazon and they hook up to the app, which hooks up to Google home instantly and Amazon Alexa applicants so connectivity is amazing.

I was hesitant to buy these lights looking at some of the reviews. I set up 5 in my house in under 10 minutes. Works great no issues.

Had a single flood go out in the kitchen but figured I would look at replacing all 5 with a set of manageable bulbs instead. The price for these was GREAT so bought 5.Now should read the listing completely cause these only support 2.4 networks and the listing plainly says that. After trying multiple times to get them to connect I re-read the listing and have that doh! facepalm moment.Once I had set one of my wireless routers up to support a 2.4 network absolutely no issues and was able to get them all connected up from the Alexa and Cree app.As other reviewers have stated there is a slight lag between the voice command being given and the lights coming on but it is around a second. I do not have that lag for the Kasa bulbs and wall outlets I am using in other rooms so it seems to be the Cree/Alexis interchange that is causing the delay, but it is completely livable.It is fun to change the colors via voice but I have not yet figured out the command to change it back to one of standard white presets.
