The packing is nice, umbrella inside a pouch which is then inside the capsule.Opens good and wide enough for one person and portable as a package inside the capsule at probably at the size of my palm.The quirk is while trying to close... if you are obsessive like me about the small details of how neatly it can be packed after closure.. you will have nightmares. Since it's two folds and the fabric cannot be allowed to go struck between the frame wires, most of it hangs lose and the sheer volume makes it impossible to gather completely cleanly into folds. Hilarious, but I gave up after a little while, since its for the wife and she was kind of okay with it.It's a decent umbrella and the build was okay too.. handle screws out easily but the wire rods can be held inside the handle when you lock, so it's not loose. It's made to fit the capsule so per that criteria this is a great fit. Tiny, light weight and can fit into even a small handbag. Should be good for a light or even moderate rain.Wouldn't complain for the price - there might be better options too but this is decent and does thr job. Don't expect a super engineered object of perfection though.. you won't be disappointed.
