I like these watercolors. The box is made of tin with a good quality hasp. I think it will last for a good while, and the fact that the top and bottom are completely separate pieces (no overlap) means that the box will not become difficult to open over time, as these tin boxes sometimes do. The paints themselves are good quality - see the sample card I painted with all the colors. They are quite opaque but they also thin well and become much more translucent. I really love the shimmer/metallic colors - I can't wait to paint some things to see how they look on various surfaces. The watercolors themselves are quarter-pan size. They will still last quite a long time I am sure. I like them a lot. I will be using them to finish some projects that came with the paint, but there wasn't enough paint to finish. I needed some specific colors (white, most of all) that my current watercolors did not have.The brushes and other accessories that were included were a nice bonus over and above the paint. They are of a nice quality. I love the water holding brushes so I was happy to see them included.

great paints. Lots of paint there, lovely shimmer and metallic color lots of deep dark rich beautiful colors. could use some more lighter shades--leaning a little towards the darker side of the spectrum but there are a few stand out stunning brighter shades in the mix. I enjoyed these thoroughly and used them several significant times without running out yet. Would definitely buy again!

I’ve been using these paints for about six months now, on various watercolor paper - the vibrancy is consistent and lovely, no matter where I use it. The color palate is a great size, fun, and captures enough shades to paint anything. It’s easy to use and works really well - I’m not even a dent into it 6mos in, it’ll last a really long while.

Super pigmented paint, easy to activate, but the paint cells were smaller than I expected. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars

Received the water colors recently to begin painting with my elderly mom who used to enjoy oil painting but can no longer hold her arms up comfortably to oil paint. The colors in this kit are vibrant and easy to use, easy clean up and storage. I would highly recommend this product.

I love this paint set. There are so many colors and they're so rich. It's so nice having a bigger set and not having to mix most of the colors I want.
