Do not take 6
Great product but do not take 6! 1-3 is all that’s needed for a mental boost , increased concentration , clarity of thought and energy. I would prefer a non caffeine version tbh. I repeat DO NOT TAKE 6 - I think that this suggestion by the manufacturer is irresponsible .

Didn’t do anything. Headache at best.
Maybe it is placebo, maybe it works, but had effect on me. As an experiment I took it before bed and fell asleep normally.

Experienced negative side effects
This product might be okay but I had negative side effects to at least one of the ingredients. I experienced increased irritability, trouble sleeping and my throat felt swollen. It was a bit of an experiment because I knew some ingredients such as ashwagandha could have these kind of effects. If you don't know how you will react to each ingredient, buy at your own risk!

Expensive and poorly formulated
- The whole stack feels like basic caffeine + theanine stack, just for 3 times the money...- Caffeine really spoils the whole thing. Makes it unusable in afternoon and evening.- Bulk of the dosage is made of inexpensive Ginko extract- active parts are in such small dosages that you won't really get any benefit, they are clearly there just as marketing gimmick.

Not worth the container they are in
These did not have the desired effect. I took them on several occasions before work and only made me feel sick with the amount of water you have to drink to swallow 6 capsules. I even upped it to 10 capsules on one day and still did not receive the benefits listed.
