It’s a bit sophisticated, so there’s a little learning curve.
The media could not be loaded. This was the best gift for my parents, who play all the time, in their 90’s. Very satisfied.

Love it so much

Not the best for Five Crowns
I don't know if this claims it can shuffle Five Crowns decks, but it does pretty well when the deck is new. As the deck ages and the cards get a little sticky, however, the shuffler struggles to shuffle the deck cleanly: it jams up now and then. I 3D printed some ramps to make the cards sit at a steeper angle, and they help.

We love this! Once you get the hang of using it, it’s great! We always have at least 8 to 10 players. This just cuts the shuffling and dealing time so much. It has been a game changer.
