Does NOT have a number pad I would not rebuy.
This laptop works reasonably well and is reasonably quick but I dislike that it does not have a number pad. I also have issues with the onboard mouse pad. I prefer an actual mouse but when the battery runs down in the mouse the pad is not usable. I don't recall changing any setting but it is a pain to deal with. Unless I find batteries it is pretty much unusable. Also the extra fan to keep the laptop cooler is wonderful - when it works. I have only heard it kick in twice and I've owned this unit for several months. It can get very hot without the additional fan kicking in. I would not re-buy.

Bad laptop
Have had nothing but problems with this laptop. Not worth the price at all. Beware buyer.

Not worth Price
When I first bought this product I was excited for it. I have an old alienware desktop I bought in 2020 and it still works as if it's brand new. Now this laptop is twice the price of my desktop. This laptop is fast but it does pause at times when loading. Not as often but everytime i use it. And the 1st day I received it I everything that was needed which took over 2 hours with the connection being wired and good. Once I finished updating everything I turned it off and left it alone. Once I wanted to go back on it however the laptop turned on and had a black screen. I kept trying to troubleshoot it but it took hours! I finally got it to boot up and it automatically went to the bios screen I messed with some of the settings and it finally worked. I issue is I had it for less than 24 hours and it is at times running slow and giving me real issues. I'm my opinion this laptop should me worth at most $1200 for the version I got. Was a huge disappointment for a $2000 laptop! I love alienware but they need to get their stuff together!

couple bad pixels, faulty ram.
Ive had alienware products for 8yrs now. This is a good laptop and excellent specs.. just for the price I expect the screen not to have any dead pixels.Update: after 6 monthsI originally bought this so I could game on work trips. It was having occasional blue screens. I went in my first trip and when trying to play, it was shutting down every 5 mins with a blue screen. Turns out it had faulty Ram as well.
