I would like to start by saying I usually don't write negative reviews. I understand that a lot of products are sold by small businesses, so this is only in regards to this product not the seller. I opened the box to find the litter box comes in about 30 pieces. None of the pieces were wrapped or labeled. The electrical wires were just hanging loose. The instruction sheet was a one page washed out photo copy with one diagram in the corner and verbal description of how to assemble. I don't know how anyone could assemble this without any of the parts being labeled. The parts were all cheap thin plastic and looked like they would break easily. I have no idea if the product works if assembled. I put the items back in the box and returned it to amazon. Unless you have a PHD in mechanical engineering or enjoy puzzles stay away.

I recently purchased this cat litter box and was extremely disappointed. The product is very poorly made and did not even look like it was safe for a cat. It arrived in multiple pieces, and most of the instructions were in Chinese, making assembly nearly impossible. The final assembled product didn't even resemble a litter box.I had to return it immediately due to its low quality and unsafe design. I strongly advise against buying this product. Save your money and look for a better option elsewhere.

I was excited to get a self scooping litter box for my cat. This came in a box with like 50 pieces no clear instructions! Could not get it together! Flimsy cheap plastic! I wouldn't pay $10 for this let alone $150! This will be sent back ASAP!

This is a terrible product. The instructions were useless poorly photocopy pictures. Also they were extremely vague. The product Completely unassembled and thrown into a box. Once assembled it is a terrible design and would never work well in real world application.

The media could not be loaded.  After reading the other comments in the reviews I felt compelled to try this product.It does indeed come in many pieces. There were even some pieces that the instructions never mentioned. See the picture of two feet looking things, thread lock and glue.I didn't think the instructions were awful, but there are a good amount of assumptions.I even downloaded the app, and it "works".I'm the video you can see that the entire unit lifts. Novel idea! The only issue is when ouer returns to the normal seated position, much of the litter is on one side. My cat generally doesn't seem to mind but take note of the video. The device actually started "early" with my kitten still inside but he hopped out. Being a small kitten he can accidently avoid the sensor, having it think he's left the box.Overall I'm going to keep using it, possibly tinkering with the app or some enhancements. I won't be returning it

Stay away from this product it is a scam. It's a very cheap plastic. All the pieces came dirty filthy like they have been used and the parts don't even fit together properly and they're falling apart

The directions are bearly visible. Tried to Google how to put together. Took me 3 hours. Then I plug it in and 2 peices broke and we're laying on the floor. Also the litter does not go back into place.

Poor quality. Poor instructions. Didn’t know I was paying for a puzzle. Litter bag bursted in the box. I didn’t even bother taking anything out. Returning for a refund.
