Excaltly what it is
This product is what it says it is works great. Also I know it shows 2 pieces but if you read the spec section it says only one piece

Case Gauges alright, and there are two of them!
Look and feel right, appear to be made of steel of some type - strongly attracted to a magnet. Factory ammo fits well, no slop or movement. Don't have any 'failed' rounds to test against. But do note, these are CASE gauges - no completed round gauges. They do NOT measure for Cartridge Overall Length (COL), just the case itself fits inside the gauge. Though you can check loaded rounds, the bullet will protrude, with only the case mouth matching the surface of the gauge (see 2nd pic). You'll have to do a COL check another way. But they will give you a quick feel test as to weather you need to trim case length or not. Also, there is no roll mark on the side to indicate caliber/cartridge - a very minor detail. For the price, easy to overlook.

Don't expect 2 gauges...
For the second time, there was only one gauge in the supplier packaging. This is not an Amazon fault but the fault of the supplier since they fill the envelopes. The lack of the second gauge now makes this a marginal value compared to the Layman and Hornady.

Doesn't include 2 as the picture shows
Item is ok. Lack's markings and I only received one. The picture shows 2, some people received 2 and some only received one.

Correct Size - Did NOT come with 2 gauges
The gauge is sized correctly and works fine but is advertised as shipping with 2 gauges, and (as other reviewers have also stated) only arrived with one gauge in the package which effectively means you pay twice the advertised price per gauge.
