It’s my second time taking these tablets worked wonders first time and doing it again. I take 2 every morning been a week now was 174lbs now 167lbs. Keep active, eat healthy and drink loads of water. Best weight loss tablets that have work for me without feeling uncomfortable all day.I see some people say I haven’t seen any change, your’ll should start changing you. Eat healthy, workout 10/15mins a day drink more water and you will see a change.

As soon as I took 1 of these my heart was racing, full on tachycardia. Felt really unwell. Didn't do anything fir suppression just almost sent me into cardiac arrest, heart was beating out of my chest. Do not recommend.

Easy tablet to take but didn’t really do much apart from a slight boost when took in a morning then that’s it. No weight loss and no appetite loss

Bought this after reading the reviews, finished the bottle now and zero difference, unless you count the number of times you need to no.2 pooping a lot doesn’t mean your burning off weight. I used these capsules with healthy eating and exercise. My body type must just say no. This product might be amazing for others unfortunately not for me. Pills are so big you could choke a horse with them.

Honestly did nothing. I work out 3-4 times per week, cardio and weights. Eat relatively healthy. Wanted something to give me a boost on weight loss.These did nothing. No extra energy. Not a single lb lost. Disappointing for me. Zero results.

I've been taking this for a few weeks - haven't noticed any noticable difference in metabolic rate or positive effect on my fasting regime. Tablets have a strange plastic taste (as with all capsule based products). They do contain high caffeine amounts but im not sensitive to caffeine so may work differently on others
