doesn't tell you where or how many to put on, LOL the first one I peeled off backing and stuck it on my leg and when I took it off noticed there is a second round backing to pull off! Wasted that one because now it doesn't stick back on.Waste of money! Don't do anything but irritate skin from glue.

I’m not usually one to buy “gimmicks” or to believe in things like this but I thought what the heck, can’t hurt. I’ve lost 8 lbs since I started using it a week ago! I’m just a regular person.

I got these in a week ago. Decided to start them on a Monday. I’m not sure about weight loss yet but I’m definitely feeling more energy and less stress. Also better BM’s for a woman in menopause. Definitely will give another update when I use at least half of them to see if it slims anything down .

I started using it on my belly bottom in about a day or two there were bruises in the perimeter of the patch and not all the patches have venom you can feel a burning sensation when there is venom in it. But I am not a big person just wanted help with my mommy pouch and nothing is happening fake the very first one I used I had diarrhea and I thought this was working the bloating was gone but that was it never happened again so that is it don’t waste you money it is a scam
