Will take a long time to know if it works
I understand the concept and hope it works as advertised. Easy to use although annoying to get used to using. Will update as I get results.

overall good. it can really hold my legs together. from natural 1/2 inch gap, it can squeeze it into zero. The cushion pads are helpful to reduce ankle pains when squeezing knees together. Be aware that you cannot walk when using it.
