Simple mouse that is comfortable and a good value
I bought this mouse on recommendation from an instructional designer who I follow on YouTube, and am impressed with it. It's lightweight and very comfortable to use for hours on end. I wasn't sure if I'd like the USB dongle as opposed to Bluetooth, but it is nice to not have to mess around with Bluetooth each time I switch computers. For future iterations of the mouse, it would be great to have a corded option to use it while it is charging, but I think it is also a good value as is. Customer service was really responsive when the first mouse I got suddenly stopped working after a year or so, and sent a replacement right away. Seems like a solid company!

game changer for comfort. Mouse and Arm are in natural alignment, instant relief
This is my first ergonomic mouse. Wish I had tried one way before now. I dont know what my hold up was, maybe because they looked weird and uncomfortable, haha. Well I know what prompted me to try one: my wrist has been bothering me, and it seemed to be made worse with mouse use. I guess all my gaming years have added up.I didnt know which to try. So many! I didnt know what would fit. There are some really small looking ones and some that look bulky, some that are nearly same in appearance as a standard mouse, and some that have a deeper cut out where hand rests. Very confusing. So I just spent some time reading through various reviews of a wide assortment of ergonomical mice. While I think some of it is trial and error for getting the right fit, I think I happened upon a really good fit and feel with my first try. I really have nothing to compare it to, but so far I am really quite pleased.--I dont have small hands, but they aren't exactly big either. Size can be in length and width. I have quite small fingers, but wide palms (3.75"). So typically a size "large" in gloves, but the ends of the fingers always dangle quite a bit. Hope that gives impression going forward with my review:--My hand easily grasps the width of this mouse. Feels very comfortable. My pointer finger just reaches the scroll wheel. I dont need to reach for it; my finger pad sits directly on top of apex of the wheel.--Press of left or right side is easy and comfortable. Plenty of length to accommodate even the smallest of fingers. Yet plenty of spare room for fingers longer than mine.-- Not a loud click, but I can feel the click. I personally find that satisfying. Gentle yet makes me feel my action.--Scrolling is smooth.--No stuttering or jerkiness--Instant connect when I first got this, and no problems since--Impressed with how natural it feels. Didnt realize how much the wrist and forearm twist to use a standard mouse. With this, the mouse and arm are in a natural alignment--Charging is quick and easy. Comes with cord for charging. I charge it directly through use of my laptop. It can be used as a corded mouse with ease. Can store dongle in the mouse if need be. Has on/off switch. When in the ON position, it will go to sleep when computer shuts down (or after x amount of time when not used), and wake up along with computer. Typical for rechargeable mouse. If this is anything like any other rechargeable mouse I have had, it should hold a charge for a very long time.--Haven't used this for gaming yet as I have it for use on my laptop, but may try it out on my gaming PC. If I like it, I will just buy another. I think it will work out. This is just so comfortable and easy to use.Take a little getting used to, yet at same time feels really natural. Good grip, good responsiveness, all around good experience in the short time I have had it. Your experience may vary in terms of fit, but I think the quality is evident. I will update if I have anything else worth sharing :)EDIT/UPDATE: Seriously love this mouse, and this company is great. They are VERY RESPONSIVE and helpful when I inquired about an issue I had. WOW really good customer service. Rare these days, thank you. Truly, 5 STARS ALL AROUND.

Huge impact
This mouse made a world of difference. Physical therapists were recommending long exercise routines to treat a tennis elbow when in reality it was the wrist pain being reflected on several places med arm . I suspected the mouse as the culprit. Changed the mouse and just like magic poof and the pain dissipated in double quick time. Thanks!

Overall good
Took sometime to get used to after switching from a regular mouse. It's really tall. I keep knocking it over when I switch from the mouse to my keyboard. I feel like my hand is a bit small for it. Sometimes it doesn't register that I'm using the clicker. Overall works good for what I need. A regular mouse is now foreign to me.

Not a bad mouse, but ...
UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me and offered either a brand new mouse or a refund. A brand new mouse arrived two days later. That is great service! This mouse is super comfortable and holds a charge for a long period of time, but getting it to glide easily across my three monitors is a problem. I feel like I have to physically lift it up to get it to move. At this point, it's almost easier to use the track pad on my laptop for a faster reaction, which is super annoying, because I bought the ergonomic mouse for a reason. My job requires me to use software where I have to click- A LOT.

It is the best value .
Comfortable, Rechargeable, and Works Perfectly!I’m very happy with this mouse. It’s ergonomic and comfortable, which really helps during long hours of use. I love that it’s rechargeable—no more wasting money on batteries. It’s also fast, easy to use, and best of all, it doesn’t interfere with my wireless keyboard from another brand. Great value and highly recommended!

Scroll wheel issues
Review update: I received an email offering a full refund or replacement. I explained I would go with a replacement if this didn't happen again and could get some guidance on proper maintenance. Which really should just be charging it. But apparently charging through an outlet vs your laptop port is preferred etc. So I raised my review to 3 stars coz this doesn't erase the huge inconvenience of not having a functioning mouse for 2 weeks when I work from home but I did appreciate that they reached out to offer two options to make it right.Original review:I didn't realize that many others have complained about the scroll wheel. I've only had this a few months and already the scroll wheel will not work anymore. It stutters and jumps to top or bottom of page regardless of which way the wheel spins. Not good for longevity.Other than that. It was a good mouse but the scroll wheel is a crucial feature that I need.

Great customer service !
Excellent customer support with warranty.I had this mouse for work and it worked great until this year, it started having wheel jump issues. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a new one because it’s within 2 years warranty. They also provided a new 2 year with the replacement.I also noticed that the product got upgraded within 2 years. The new scroll wheel is metal and the whole unit feels more solid. The only thing is the skates on bottom may wear sooner. If you can cut your own silicon skates on bottom it would help.
