It has all that is needed for a healthy nutritional plan after reading the The Cause Protocol. Big Pharma and Big Medical is not the answer for me as it only treats symptoms and takes away my responsibility. Taking back personal control is a big undertaking but well worth the inevitable positive outcome. I also give one to my 17 year old Jack Russell dog with excellent results...and it keeps him out of the expensive veterinary practices. Prevention has always been better than the somewhat flaky 'cures'.

Compared to other brands this is at least 40% cheaper than others.I take 20 capsules 2 times per week mixed into my breakfast protein smoothie. I feel I get a better dose of all the nutrients this way. Dosing this way will last me a month and much better than eating cooked liver!

The produce I received is in different coloured packaging and doesn't seem to mention containing iron, which is what I bought it for. Surely it does if it's beef liver...? But I'd rather be sure so I won't be buying this again.

At least this is a genuine product, you can smell the liver! Previously I purchased another brand from Amazon that turned out fake!!! I don't even know what was in it, it tasted like fruit powder.

This is a very large 6 capsule per day serving. The instructions didn't specify if you have to take all in one go or can break it up. I personally broke it up in to two 3 capsule servings. The capsules themselves are not exactly small either. So it's no small undertaking taking this supplement. The benefit of this supplement however is that you can probably stop taking some other supplements because this is a total package type supplement. I do think they should have specified somewhere in the packaging exactly what the nutrients exactly are instead it focuses on the benefits that will be received via this supplement, skin, vision, red blood cells etc. As someone who was forced to eat liver as a child because I was told how good it was for me but couldn't stand it but as an adult was able to grow to like it when prepared in a specific way. I must I'm happy to be getting the benefits of Liver on a regular basis without the prep work and the fact I wouldn't be able to eat it everyday anyway. So for me although 6 capsules is a lot I still recommend this as the benefits of Liver are well documented.

These are good value for organic beef liver supplements. Grass fed and freeze dried with no added nasties. Tons of good nutrition and especially good for those who want to eat more liver for it's health benefits but don't actually like the taste of it. That'd be me!You get 180 capsules in this bottle, and they are normal sized leaving no aftertaste. They advise taking 6 a day which is a bit much especially if taking other supplements.. If you have a fairly decent diet, I reckon you could get away with 2-4. That's all I'm taking. You don't really need to take them all at once if you want to take all 6 as advised, you could split them by having 2 or 3 in the morning and the 2nd dose later in the day. Or 2 in the morning, afternoon and evening. Or open the capsules and sprinkle in a smoothie or protein shake.I'm happy with these and they are on my list for future buys.
