Q: After 48 hours, or more, of charging, it still only registers 74% charged. Is it supposed to charge to 100%? If yes, why only can I only get 74%

It took mine about 15 hours to get a full charge, yes it does go to 100%. Used it 3 times on my truck and it went from 100% down to 67%. Try removing it from the charger and power it off then back on and see if it changes.

Yes, here is the steps to start a complete discharged battery. After connecting with car battery, press the Force Start Button(which is on the Jump Cable), green light will stay on, then you can force start your car. Hope this can help you, any problem, please contact us.

Q: Will this work on my riding mower?

Yes! I’ve used my jumpstarter to start riding mowers several times. Should start most anything with a 12 volt battery.
