Great Book and Takes Readers From Foundations to Expert Research
AI-Driven Project Management by Kristian Bainey is outstanding. For the last two years, I have read many books discussing implementing AI with project management. Most are a waste of time because authors have written the book using summaries from AI. Then, I ordered AI-Driven Project Management, which is outstanding. Bainey gives information that leads you toward an understanding of AI, the theory of AI, and steps for writing precise promotes the use of AI tools. Each chapter is logical, and headings allow the reader to return and find information again for useablity. This is more than a book; it is an AI resource that will sit next to your computer to use an AI manual. Thank you, Kristian, for researching and showing how to use AI rather than talking about it. From Why to How and much beyond AI-Driven PM. My go to for AI
Kristian Bainey's masterpiece on AI-Driven Project Management is my go-to reference guide on the subject. I own both the hard-cover and Kindle versions.I recently audited an AI workshop for a client and noticed the presenter referenced a copy of the book. As a practitioner that has been using ChatGPT for a bit in my work, I continue to improve my techniques when referring to his work.

THE Primary Source for AI in PM
Kristian Bainey has done an excellent job of capturing the essence of AI in project management, with practical applications that represent a keen understanding of the issues. What I enjoyed most about the book is Mr. Bainey's understanding of AI beyond just a cool gadget, but the deeper integration between us (humans) and AI. He isn't afraid to cross boundaries and go to the true value that's added with AI: the integration between organic neural networks (the brain) and artificial neural networks (AI).I highly recommend this book for anyone that's interested in the topic of AI in PM.
