Excellent book

After passing out of MBBS and clearing NEET PG with a decent rank, although I knew theory but I lacked the protocol based on exact guidelines knowledge to go out and practice and God knows who suggested me this gem. Almost all usually encountered conditions are explained in a no nonsense fashion giving all the information a fresher needs to manage a patient.I thank the team behind this who pulled off such an amazing text on patient management.I honestly feel every MBBS intern should read this book on a case to case basis and come out of internship with a confidence to handle all common cases like a pro.
