I personally think this book is fantastic. There are sections on mixing colours, how to achieve different undertones, how to colour facial features / skin /hair / fur.There are also many "Try it Yourself" pages scattered throughout.It arrived on time and is a joy to use

Great tips
Really nice quality book. Easy to read, lovely pictures. Great for how to colour with colouring pencils well explained and great that there are pages for you to have a go yourself. Very nice gift for anyone who loves colouring.

Good book but not what I was looking for but passed on to grandkids who are enjoying it

A good intro but with limitations
The book strat modestly well but the section on tools/materials is a bit lightweight in comparison to similar books.The initial in book exercises progress conventionally as is standard although she quotes Polychromos colours exclusively as far as I can telland while there is commonality across many products there are also differences
