I tried sprays, scented sashes, pepper, etc.... nothing worked to get rid of the critter that was destroying my hibiscus. I put these bad boys out (one on each side of the plant) and no mover branches and leaves chewed up and laying on the ground in the morning. Wish I would have purchased a couple months ago before so much damage was done and I wasted so much money on other stuff. They are smaller than expected, but hey, if they work, who cares! I put them out right before bed and pick them up in the morning (so the dog doesn't get used to them and think snakes are toys and also because the pesky critter only attacks at night) and it's working like a charm. Highly recommend for anyone fighting with plant destruction!
