These are double height tealights, so basically the 100 pack is like getting 200 candles.The scent of these is quite subtle, not as strong as some citronella candles, but certainly a pleasant smell and hopefully one that insects don't like!I haven't timed to see if they last the claimed 8 hours, but certainly they don't burn quickly and unlike some candles, these are largely smoke-free .

I am more than pleased with this bumper box of citronella tea lights. These candles have the most wonderful warm aroma of citrusy lemon. I wanted them to use outdoors in summer on my table to create a pleasant evening atmosphere, and to perhaps keep insects away, but also for my essential oil burner in my kitchen. I've used one today and can confirm that unlike my usual tea lights which don't last long, this has continued to burn from early afternoon to late evening. The smell is so lovely that I've lit another. I have some sweet orange essential oil in my burner, and coupled with the scent from the candle, the combination is divine.The tea lights are just as described. I chose the candles which burn for eight hours, which they do. They are twice as deep as my regular tea lights. I love the lemon yellow colour, and of course, that delicious aroma. I understand that they are made from a mixture of paraffin and carnauba wax, which is supposed to be sustainable? These little tea lights are the only type that will fit my essential oil burner. I'm not convinced that they do keep mosquitoes away, but as I'm prone to bites, I'm more than happy to try.These tea lights are great, they work really well and I think I will be using citronella instead of plain wax candles in future. They add a touch of warmth to the scents from my oil burner.

These candles are a must have especially when dining out in the garden. I've used these in outside area. It not only keeps flies away from food but also burns for a long time. They have a pleasant citronella scent. Wick is just the right size for 8 hours of burn time. I'm using these sparingly as I want to use them when I'm outside in garden. They are so effective against little flies and insects, keeping them at bay. This mega pack will last for ages. A very good product.

This is a bumper pack of citronella tea lights. They have a long burn time so these should last a long time.They have no discernable scent. It's a bit early in the year to rest them on the bugs to see if they successfully deter them. Even if they don't work it's nice to have a big pack of tea lights to burn.

I ordered the 50 x 8 hour tealights and I am very pleased with them. It's a generous pack for a very reasonable price. These are large tea lights and do last a long time.They burn with a lovely rich orange flame and emit a soft, lemony smell which hopefully keeps some of the mozzies away. Easy to light with a long wick and lovely chunky candles that give off not just a pleasant smell, but an ambient light and also a little heat too. Perfect for the summer for those outdoor activities, camping and summer parties. Recommend.

These tealight citronella candles are great value IMO, you get 100 8 hour tealights, I lit one candle to check the smell and was delighted there was no nasty odour i could detect just the citronella, I was happy to see that the flame kept burning as i have purchased many tealights over the years that burn out withing seconds of lighting the wick, these tealights did not do that.Can't wait for warmer weather for a full test to see if these tealights can keep insects away.
