Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint for Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, Foot Drop & Heel Spur Pain Relief

I bought this for plantar fasciitis and sleep with it to help the issue. It has helped but rest and taking time off the tennis courts has helped the most.It is very easy to use and I have no problem. Sleeping in. Sometimes I have taken it off around 4am but still feel I am getting benefits.

This brace is very comfortable and I prefer it over the others I've used. The one problem is the length of the straps. The ankle strap is very long but the top strap is so short I'm not sure it will stay in place while I sleep. If you have narrow calves you won't be bothered by this. I thought about removing the inner pad but that would leave a piece of velcro exposed to scratch my leg. Mine is a small which fits my foot and ankle but that top strap ends barely meet. I'd still buy it again though.

This is uncomfortable to wear at night. It seems cheap, doesn't fit well, came with no good instructions, and appears to be no different at all than the less expensive ones. No logo on it or any markings to prove otherwise. Just buy the cheaper one if you want to try it out. Also, it isn't a good enough design to do what is intended with it becoming irritating at night; to have it tight enough to hold your foot in place, it digs in and also becomes scratchy. It made my heal feel much worse after two nights, not better. A waste of money. Get the boot kind instead.

Seems to be well built but there were virtually no instructions. It had a small card with 4 pictures, but no information about how to adjust it, how tight it should be or when or how long it should be worn.Update... I went back to the instruction chart and finally noticed that it was a fold-over, but the pages had been stuck together. There were some better instructions but they still could have been better.

Quality, weight and stability is great. Not too large and bulky that gives great stability and stretch of the arch and affected areas when installed properly.

This didn't help at all with my foot pain from plantar fasciitis; however, I only tried it a few times and only tried sleeping with it once (nope). I thought it was uncomfortable and hard to move in.

Wear at night, light weight, quality is good, you can walk with it on. So far it’s not helping pain in my heel. I did read the fine print that it states may takes months to work.

I have no clue how to use it. There is a 3 minute video with no volume so ther you go. There is another video with a jingle that puts it together very quickly. I had someone else try to figure it out and they couldn't. There is a sequece of 6 pictures in the directions but it is the same image. I have absolutly no clue how to put it on. Rediculous that there is no help. Don't buy it
