In two days I had three doctors tell me I should drink an electrolyte drink, one of them adding.. sugar free. I have always avoided these drinks as the only ones i have tried are way too sweet. When searching, I discoverd Nectar that is flavored with natural flavors and the only sweetener is stevia. The lemon has only enough sweetener to take the bite away from the lemon. Delicious. The first time I tried it, i poured a little in a glass and thought I'd drink more later... it was so delicious, i guzzled it all!

I love these hydration drinks as I can always only taste salt in these types of drinks, it was nice to not have it be the only thing I taste. I have tried many flavors but my personal favorite is the lemon. I started using these just about 6 weeks ago and they seem to be doing a great job. I don't feel sluggish and have brain fog in the afternoon. The packets are small enough to fit in your pocket and you can put in a bottle of water or bottle/cup of choice.

I purchased the Watermelon 🍉 flavor & it is sooooo GOOD!!!! I have tried MANY liquids and powdered Electrolytes and all where wayyyy to sweet and unbearable to drink. I put a little of the powder into my filtered water and I was able to tolerate the tast, so I put the whole packet into the water. Very good, just enough sweetness, refreshing & I feel hydrated!! I will order MORE!! 🍉🍑🍒🫐

So yummy. I bought these because I am having surgery and I know I will not be able to maintain 1 gallon of water a day... jokes on me bc I let me kids and hubby try them... now I currently hiding them bc they all want them and I don't want to share. Lol

For electrolytes, the price can't be beat. Also the flavor selection is generous, as well as the ingredient quality stated and its benefits. However, a downside is that if you use a packet, make sure to consume within a few hours as the longer it sits in water, the tangier/more sour it gets. I don't notice Liquid IV or LMNT doing that; LMNT tastes the same even if you finish the water a few days later.

Got the variety pack and loved trying the flavors. Watermelon is my favorite and tastes like fresh fruit watermelon, no artificial flavor. These aren’t super sweet but add a nice flavor and are good on hot days! The price point is excellent and there’s less sugar than some of the other brands.

We love the flavors of the nectar . My husband got really bad cramps on his legs. After trying other brands we finally found one that taste refreshing and works to replenish sodium levels. I highly recommend Nectar and we are extremely happy that we have a choice of flavors that don’t have lime or lemon.

Nectar has the cleanest ingredients and I love the flavors but it’s just too expensive. I go through 30 sticks in two weeks and I can’t be spending $1/serving twice a day along with all my other supplements. I wish it came in a can or something
