Smart Numb Maximum Strength 5% Lidocaine Numbing Cream for Painless Tattoos, Permanent Makeup, Pain Relief with Menthol, Arnica, Allantoin (2 oz)

I use this about an hour before my appointment and it lasted about six hours into the session. Four hours and I started feeling a little more, but it was already a tender area because of the amount of shading being done. Going into my appointment I didn’t exactly know my placement yet so I applied in multiple spots and I could really tell about 30 minutes. It was getting. I’ve tried a couple other products like the Madd rabbit numbing cream, but none of them have been as effective as this one. I’m almost done this jar already. Highly recommend for big pieces where you will be under the needle for a while or even a small one if you’re on the more sensitive side. I didn’t wash my hands after using it once and I guess in the car I touched my face and when I got to the tattoo shop, my lip was numb so I guess that shows how well it works lol.

This numbing stuff works. It numbers anywhere you put it. It’s very high quality which is nice. I didn’t break out or anything. Easy to use. Smells fine. It was sealed very well which gave me confidence in it being properly packaged.

I have low back pain. This product numbed by back allowing me to walk as much as 15,000 steps in a day.

None of these really numb totally. 5% Lidocaine is the most that is allowed. Ice works the best.

I am hanging trouble with trick finger and it gets painful esp at night. A good coating of this creme really helps sleep vs waking from pain. I have another brand also 5% but doesn’t seem as effective.

Cream does not work. Waste of money. I put on the cream an hour before my appointment and it did not relieve any pain.

The marketing and description of this product seems to be an overall lidocaine numbing creme used topically for tattoos or muscle pain. But the actual label says it’s Anorectal ointment meaning it’s intended for hemorrhoids or other type of perianal discomfort. I’m assuming it can still be used topically for the muscles but bit unclear fromPackaging.
