About 5-10 min after taking the first capsule with food, I started to feel flushed, panicky, my throat started closing up and it was hard to swallow! I have never had anything like this happen to me before. I took a couple Benadryl and had an epi-pen ready, but fortunately symptoms went away after an hour or so after chugging water. It was freaky! I experimented the next day and broke open one of the capsules and mixed about 1/4 of the powder from the capsule with water and drank it. Sure enough about 5 min later, my throat started swelling again. Not sure which ingredient my body didn’t like, maybe the Amla or schisandra as I think I have had all the others before. Be careful!

I’ve been taking this product for a few weeks now and I don’t think I feel any difference. Im not really sure what I was expecting, but I don’t feel any different. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing this again.
