We bought this tape after PT used it on my husband after knee replacement. Our insurance ran out so we tried the tape ourselves. It worked.Since then we used it on my achilles tendonitis. I watched youtube videos and tried one of the methods. My foot was better in a few days.mmy daughter has been complaoning of wrist pain. She met the "online screening" for carpal tunnel syndrome. We taped her through her fingers and up almost to her elbow, inside and outside her arm. Within 1 day she felt relief. The tape stayed on for 3 days, then she took a day off and we reapplied it for another 2 or 3 days. It has bern a few weeks now and she has had no trouble with her wrist since taping it.My mother came to visit. She had been to an orthopedic Dr. for back and hip pain and was still in some pain. The last day here I thought of taping her back. We watched YouTube videos and I taped up both sides of her spine and diagonal across her hip. The next morning when I asked, she said she had not even thought of her back, so it must be working. She kept it on when she flew home and did fine on the plane and the next day, today she is still not having pain. I just ordered her a roll of the tape!so this one roll of tape has helped knee surgery and achilles tendonitis on people in their 50's, Carpal Tunnel on a teen and back pain on a 75 year old. I can't recommend trying this tape enough!

The WORST kinesiology tape I have ever purchased or used. Let me start by saying that Ive been an athlete more than half my life and have both use kt on myself and had athletic trainers use it on me so I know how to use it and tape myself up. This is the 4th brand Ive purchased myself over the years and the worst. Ive never had any issues with any other brand and purchased this based on reviews and price. First off, the tape last 24 hours IF you can get it to stay on at all. I have literally now had to just toss close to half the roll because there is ZERO glue on it. Its like the machine skipped over parts, put no sticky on it, and its just the cloth. How does that happen. The few strips ive actually been able to use will not make it past one shower, It will peel off as soon as it dries. I've been using it on a healing sprained ankle so after the shower, I will tape up, and sleep with a sock on that foot as protection against peeling it off in my sleep. This also does not work and you will wake up will it rolling off. Again, I know how to cut it, stretch/not stretch it, and where it needs to go. Im so pissed off I wasted money on this crap product that im tossing whats left and have already bought another brand. I would highly suggest going with a known company and stay far away from this stuff. You get what you pay for.

This is amazing tape. I have used several brands but this holds the best. Usually even if I have done my best to make sure nothing comes off, I have problems. The other tapes are sticky enough but the edges don't stay done. This tape is amazing. I haven't had a single problem. I have had the same tape on for 4 or 5 days and it is still going strong. If you need tape like this you should buy this brand. I can't say enough good things about it.But, onky the flesh colored tape. I got the pink and it is hit or miss. Sometimes it holds for day, but like today it was loose on critical parts in minutes. I don't know what the difference is but don't buy the pink tape. I don't know about the other colors.

I have used Rock Tape in the past which helped my planters fasciatis a year or two ago. So when I got tennis elbow recently I decided to try taping again (& rock tape is what I had on hand). Taping does help but the tape becomes unpeeled pretty quickly--especially after a shower. So I decided to try a different kind and tried this brand since it was not an expensive experiment (tho no free or reduced sample in my case). It will still start peeling off after getting wet 3-4 times, but less quickly than the tape I've been using. So, I was pleasantly surprised & would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to use kinesiology tape.

I did not use this for the intended purpose. I used it as bra tape for clothing you couldn't wear a regular bra with. It's super stretchy and did take a lil skin with it, but nothing drastic. you have to double up or put bandaids on if you're a lil "nipply" and you don't want them to stick out. I wish it came in a more clear version.

I purchased this tape to comfortably conceal an upper arm and wrist tattoo for my job. Rather than wear a sleeved shirt or compression sleeve I opted for the tape due to the summer heat and not wanting to wear extra clothing layers. The tape covered everything well but the corner edge where I peeled the backing paper off curled up and would not stay down every time I tapped them down into place. The tape stayed on for about 3 days even after my 3 daily showers (morning, gym, before bed). When I finally removed and changed the tape, it left a black sticker residue that needs to be rubbed off with your finger on dry skin. Wasn't painful to remove but was very sticky and a tough peel nor was it itchy and I have extremely sensitive skin.

I have been using Kinesiology tape for an ankle sprain.My main fault in this particular tape is the residue left on your skin, oil didn't help to remove it. I used a pumice stone to rub off the residue.The edges fray on the tape easily, not just where you cut it. Rounding the edges made the tape stay on less and it also increased the frayed edges.It doesn't stay well when you're sweaty, It did however hold up for an hour of swimming.Compared to Beast Tape it felt flimsy and less supportive. Also leaves a residue on your skin.( used an entire roll over 1 week)Compared to KT Tape it felt flimsy and less supportive. It did stay on in the pool longer than KT Tape which just fell off within minutes. (used daily for 1 month)
