I bought this for my father who has Parkinsons - they have a high level of oxidative stress so I'm hoping this helps fight his free radical damaged cells and helps him stay more hydrated. I did an H2 test after calibrating my meter and compared it to my hub's $300 bottle. I got a 2500 ppb for 6 min and 2750 ppb for 12 min compared to the $300 bottle - 2766 ppb for 10 min and 2793 ppb for 20 min. Gas chromatography is needed for more accurate levels, but this test was enough for me to feel good about this bottle. I don't love that it was made in China and wish there were more USA options! It's very easy to take apart, clean, I don't love that it's not glass, but it is high food grade plastic and won't break as easily and he's not well coordinated so it worked for me. (the $300 USA one is also not glass) I believe it's better to drink quicker, so it's not bad that it's a small 8-9 oz size so ensure you're getting more H2. Make sure to fill the generator base with distilled water when needed to keep the mechanism hydrated - wish there were more instructions on this. Very easy to use!

I am so impressed with this Advanced Hydrogen Generator Water Bottle. It is easy to operate and lights up when you set a 6 or 12 mins to hydrogenate the water. The bottle size is just perfect and the seal is just amazing. I absolutely love the color features, the portability is superb and not to mention the titan quality is exquisite. For a someone who plays works out 5x times per week, yoga 2x per week and walks 2miles 3x per week, I would get dehydrated because I had a hard time drinking water but ever since I started drinking water out of this bottle for the past 2weeks, I feel more hydrated, my recovery time has improved significantly and it has quickly became an essential part of my daily routine. Not only am I impressed by the anti-inflammatory benefits of hydrogen water, but this product has truly transformed my health habits. I received the bottle today and opened it & found the instructions. The print is very small. I grabbed glasses & still couldn't read it so I got out a magnifier. The instructions are incomplete. There are no cleaning instructions. It just tells you not to soak the base (That's a no-brainer). On the base itself there is small print that's almost impossible to read even with a magnifier. It tells you to fill with distilled water & let it sit 30 mins, empty and then clean with distilled water. I filled it with water and after charging the base I let it run for a 12 min cycle then let it sit for 30 minutes & then washed the glass and cap with warm soapy water, rinsed & ran another container of water for the 12 mins. I'm hoping that cleaned the hydro unit. It's a nice looking sturdy bottle. My complaint is the lack of instruction. I called Amazon support & they referred me to the videos which I had already watched. None of those address unpackaging the unit and what to do before using it the first time. There are at least a half dozen of these videos that don't tell you anything about set up or before first use. You need to fully charge the base before the first use. The red light turns green when it's fully charged. Then I suppose you're supposed to soak it for 30 mins. It really doesn't tell you to run it but I did. Then you can clean your parts. I used warm soapy water and dried them. I only wiped the base with a damp cloth. The instructions are also confusing about storing the unit. In one part they tell you to store it with water in it and in another part they tell you to reinsert the white cap that comes in it. The one you need to remove before making the hydrogen water. I see the bottle is an item that is often returned and my bet is it's because it's confusing & ppl don't want to bother trying to navigate their way through the process because it seems to work as promised and doesn't leak.
