So I got it straight out from the box used on one eyebrow went ok then went to use on the next was totally dried up and the tip pushed up inside the pen so now I can’t use it at all . Doesn’t matter the pen already dried up so can’t use it any how . This was a big waste of money . Buy a different product . I didn’t even get one use .

This product works. There's a learning curve. It's is definitely water resistant. I got dark brown. I have brown hair. Dark brown is very dark. So I have ordered light brown that I think will be easier to work with.

I ordered both the light and dark brown as I thought I might want to use both, Started with light and it was way too dark and hard to apply. Also, hard to remove cap - The next morning my makeup remover had not removed all the drawn on brow, so had to use cleanser and scrub off. The pen is very liquid so once you touch it to your brow, you cannot smooth it out - I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

It's a true brown pen that really contours your eyebrows; I'm not an everyday makeup person, but I will put on my eyelashes and pencil my eyebrows daily. I will purchase this produce again. (Waco, TX; 05.22.24)

I was frustrated that it took a month to arrive and the scheduled arrival date changed daily; however, my order finally arrived today. I tried it and it was amazing. Dark brown was perfect for me, not too dark but enough that it only took a couple sweeps across the brow. It looks like real hair because the 4 bristles work well. Although not waterproof, it takes a more than a swipe to smudge off. No stars for length of delivery, but 5 stars for product quality.

I gave 2 stars because the product performed well the first use. On the second use, it seemed to be drying out. I definitely kept the pen in a dry location with the cap on tight. For the price, I expected more than two uses. Will not repurchase.

Ordered this product by mistake and could not cancel. The order took weeks to arrive and when it did, the box was crushed and it was not eligible for a free return so I thought I’d give it a shot. It is horrible! Dispenses not at all or way too thick, if you’re looking for horrible painted on clown eyebrows, this is the product for you
