I'm retired and spend a fair amount of time engaged in online gaming on a daily basis and the gaming chair I have just isn't comfortable. I've tried adding feather cushions but again they didn't help so I finally decided to try a memory foam cushion and chose this one.I can't say it's the most comfortable seat cushion I've ever sat on but it has certainly made things a lot more comfortable and bearable over long periods of play and for that reason alone I'd certainly recommend it.The cushion's foam interior I'd describe as quite firm and the cover itself is very smart in appearance which blends well with the chair's finish, plus the underside of the cushion cover is covered in a non-slip silicone type of material to prevent it creeping forward on the host seat which does work.It even has a carry handle should you wish to use it elsewhere.I thought the cushion may be slightly small (front to back) but it appears that most brands of this type of cushion have very similar dimensions so the trick when using it is not to push it too far toward the back of the seat but instead I'd suggest experimenting with placing it in various positions along the front to back axis until you feel most comfortable when seated.All in all I'm very happy with the quality of the product and for the price I paid it's certainly good value and from the quality of materials it's made from I'd say it should give long lasting service.A very good product.

No idea what I did to my coccyx but I was suddenly in pain and sitting on my office chair was not pleasant. This cushion comeplelty alleviated that pain. The cushion is lightweight but sturdy at the same time. Remains in place on a standard office chair. Would recommend.

It does definitely help, but not as good as I was expecting. It’s quite thick in height, does squish down over the day. Does offer comfort.

I do have an old coccyx injury which means that I find sitting for any length of time increasingly comfortable. Although my office chair at home is padded it's not necessarily in the right places so I like to have additional support for comfort.The removable cushion cover has those tiny silicone(?) dimples on the bottom part and I have found that it doesn't move around when sitting on it. The cushion itself is nicely shaped in the right places. It's not so much cushioning as it moulding to your shape when you sit on it. If you shuffle about a bit or move position you would need to get up so that the foam 'resets' and then sit again. What I'm not so keen on is the depth which is a little shallow for my chair and it cuts off halfway down the back of my thighs which is a bit uncomfortable. However, most cushions that I've used for this purpose are much of a muchness in the length department so it's not just a problem with the Silverback seat cushion, none are perfect.I am now using this cushion in place of the one I previously had and even my husband said it was a lot more comfortable to sit on.

This cushion made it possible for my father to be able to sit down comfortably, for the first time, since his tailbone injury. Such relief.
