I have used several supplements and these give a good mix as I have taken Ashwagandha and Shilajit so having them in one capsule makes life easier.The capsules are smooth and fixed together well so easy to take. I have not found any bad tastes or after tastes so it’s good on all fronts for these as they are also produced naturally.

I used to work in a Holland and Barrett and always rated Ashwagandha as something that was good at promoting energy and reducing stress.This mixture of natural supplements also looks at extral all round vitality and and hormonal balance.So far it is early days but the product looks good, is easy to take and swallow andis well presented.

Been using this daily for over a month and I feel worse than ever. Constantly exhausted.

These capsules appear to be a very good blend of well known and not so well known ingredients. I have only tried a couple, just to see if there was any bad taste initially, or a nasty aftertaste. No to both👍I am already taking some of the included supplements and once I have finished the separate ones I will start taking these. By the end of the course, I should be able to know just how well the work 😊

Easy to swallow, need a while taking to see how good they actually are

I have had both Ashwagandha and Shilajit seperately and find they work well. Not had a combination before and I like that I will only need to take the one product.Comes nicely presented in a pale blue box by Mars and it is a dietry suppliment only.The capsules are easy to swallow and because of the Shilajit are a dark red in colour.The dose is one capsule twice a day and the product has 60 capsules so will last a month.The box shows a nice long expiry date as well as manufacture date which I was impressed with.The only thing I coudnt find was the strength of the capsules. It only says max strength so you don’t know how much you are taking at one time.Good value for money when you combine the cost of the two products, would recommend.
