Nice indoor mosquito repellent
My office at work has a mosquito problem that happens every year and maintenance doesn't seem able or care enough to do something about it. So, I've taken matters into my own hands instead of sitting there getting bitten. This little repeller seems to have done what the maintenance couldn't.It works like a simple plugin air freshener. You screw the little scent bottle into the diffuser and plug it into an outlet. I like that the angle of the outlet can be turned if needed. It has an on off button on the front of it which allows you to turn it off when not needed. I turn this on when I show up and off when I leave. I figure the office is closed during the night plus I'm not there to attract them.Since I plugged this in, I haven't seen a mosquito in my office which is saying something since I killed one in there right before I first plugged it in. That may be coincidence, but I don't think so. This kit comes with 2 bottles which I think is good for the price. Each bottle supposedly will operate for about 10 days if not turned off so quite a bit more time with my cycling. The scent that comes off of this is really only noticeable if you are very near and basically over top of it. No one that has come into my office has even noticed or commented on that, not even the person I share an office with. But they have noticed not having mosquitoes. So, I am considering this a win.I am very happy with this and do recommend.

So far so good
I ordered this to use in my child’s room — the child who is a mosquito magnet. She hasn’t been bitten since we started using this a couple of weeks ago (meanwhile she had been bitten right before we took this out of the box). We downloaded the app to program it for overnight. You can turn it on and off manually without downloading the app, but if you must use the app if you want to program it (set a timed schedule for it to turn on and off). There is no noticeable scent. I use it with the window open (using just a screen). So far so good. The only downfall is that since it’s liquid, it’s not conducive for travel and you need to make sure it is upright so the chemicals won’t leak.

Less bugs and less bites!
It is a cruel thing that mosquito season coincides with air conditioner season. So the bugs sneak in through those little spaces in the window mounted units and feast on is. They drink our blood with no regard for how we feel about it.This device is an amazing preventative measure against these little demons. It is much better to feel than to lure in with a deadly light that may or may not zap. No sir, this is a repellant, and from my experience they really do not care for it.Lest there be any confusion, this device does not harness the power of Bluetooth to keep bugs away by playing music that annoys them or something. The Bluetooth comes in with a handy app you can use (within Bluetooth range) to control the device. The great thing is you do not need to use the app, but it does give you a few options in operation. This device performs admirably, and I know I have noticed a significant reduction in mosquito attacks and a pleasant absence of itchiness and a surplus of blood. Thank you.

Confused
It is kind of difficult to know if something like this truly works or not. You can not both use it, and not use it at the same time. And in all honesty, we seldom get mosquitos inside our house. We live in South Carolina, so we certainly have our share of them. And yes, we do occasionally get them inside, just not often. By the time we realize it, it is probably because we have been bitten. In reading about the chemical Meperfluthrin, it sounds safe as long as it is used correctly. But Meperfluthrin is listed (in the online search I did) as an insecticide. So insecticide or repellent? That knowledge leaves me a bit confused. And now, I am more leery of breathing this in even though it is considered "safe." But that is just me.I do like that the unit can be controlled with your phone. But I will need to do more research before I can fully trust the chemical ingredients. I would suggest researching and coming to your own conclusions as well.
