Surprised Headlights and Clearcoat looks great
I have a 20-year-old Acura TL that just turned 200,000 miles. I try to keep it in good-looking shape and the headlights oxidize and make it look old, so I polish them clear every few months. I was using another product that worked pretty well but I saw this Meguiars Mirror and found it worked really well. So I am happy about my purchase. The clearcoat finish on the car is starting to look cloudy, so I tried an area on the hood, applied some Meguiar's Mirror polish on it, and rubbed it in. I then took my polishing wheel and buffed it out, it looked amazing, see the photo, and zoom in to really see the improvement.SO I am really happy with my purchase.

Holy crap this stuff worked way better than I deserved
I was riding along in my new boat, with my new fish finder, at dusk, when I was suddenly surrounded by a cloud of little white insects. They were insanely attracted to my backlit fish finder, and crowded around the screen so much that I literally could not see the screen itself at all. In a flash of genius, I sprayed the fish finder with bug repellent.Well, that didn't work at all, and now I had 2 problems. It turns out DEET etches plastic fairly well. The next day, the screen was, for all intents and purposes, completely unreadable in daylight, and only moderately readable at night.I hopped onto some of the fishing forums, not quite admitting that I had purposely sprayed DEET all over my fishfinder, just kinda implying that the wind took some of it while I was spraying myself (I already knew how much of an idiot I was, I didn't want to brag about it). Several of them recommended Meguiar's #17 Clear Plastic Cleaner along with Meguiar's #10 Clear Plastic Polish. They told me I wouldn't be disappointed.Of course, as Abraham Lincoln once said, one must take information found on the Internet with a grain of salt. I meandered over to Amazon, and priced out the #17 and #10, and found out that with shipping, it came out to around $25. For that price, compared to buying a $400 fishfinder/ chartplotter, I did not have a lot to lose. Click, click, BUY.I got the package in the mail today, and immediately took the #17 to the fishfinder screen with a clean white washcloth and started rubbing it in. For the first few minutes, I thought I had wasted $25, but after about 5 minutes of rubbing the cleaner in (with only a few drops applied every 90 seconds or so) it was obviously working well. A firm, quick buffing action, alternating between little circles and up-down, left-right motion, and in about 7 minutes that screen looked like it had just come out of the box.Per the recommendations in the instructions, I applied the #10 polish immediately afterwards, and it looked better than new. I was incredibly impressed with myself, and Meguiar's products. Now I can tell fishing partners about the idiot who sprayed DEET on my fishfinder without ever mentioning who that idiot was.Totally worth the money.

Cheap fix if your headlights aren’t real foggy.
I bought this because the headlights on my 2015 SUV were pretty foggy. This product will do the trick if your headlights aren’t super bad. However, if they are as foggy as mine, don’t expect them to look new using $6 or $7 polish. I’ve used similar products before, so I knew what to expect. But, I got this to tide me over until the weather gets warmer and I can get a more advanced kit. This product will basically improve the look of your cars headlights and some of the illumination. But, if they are really porous and pitted, you will need something that can buff and smooth them out and this product is not going to do that! So, if they are mildly foggy, or you are just wanting a quick fix with a partial improvement, this will be fine. If you want them to look really clear or more like new, invest in a more advanced kit.

Great sealer for headlight restoration
After you have sanded headlights with 800 and then 3000 disks, buff them out with this stuff and you'll be amazed. All you need to complete job is Maguire's Spray on Headlight Coating (clear coat) They will look like new.

Ok for epoxy
I purchased this to polish epoxy projects but it’s not the best product… it does give it a nice shine but can wipe off easily. I use Meguiars for my cars and love their products otherwise.

Works as described
I used this on my jeep and when I went to work people asked me if I had my jeep repainted or something because it looked so much better.

Clear up your Jeep windows!
I purchased this a long with Meguiar's M17 to clear up some scratched and foggy Jeep Wrangler windows of mine. It did a great job coupled with the Craftsman random orbit buffer I bought locally. Not only did it reduce the appearance of smaller scratches it nearly cleared up the fog left by other cleaning products and from natural weathering of the clear plastic. I feel that after a few more applications that it will more than likely return my windows to a near new state.Be wary of your prep work though as if you don't take care to tape up the fabric near the windows it will cause your top/frame to take on a white color. I'm sure this will wash out and I was aware of this before hand but really didn't care to use tape as the top needs replacing soon anyways and because it's a Jeep.1/13/2015Redid my cleaning a couple of weeks ago and while they started to fog up again I believe it was mostly from daily driving in dirt and off roading some. The second time I applied the cleaner and polisher I feel like I had a better understanding of using my buffer and did a better job of protecting the canvas around the windows (the polisher will turn your canvas white if you're not careful). The good news is I still have enough cleaner and polisher for another 2 or 3 complete cleanings.

It works!
Noticed a scratch on my car's dashboard after I bought it. This filled it right in and you can't even see it! Highly recommend!! Easily applied with a microfiber towel
