So far this battery fit, and is working absolutely perfectly in my Dell Latitude e7240.I'm surprised how long it goes on a charge, very happy customer.

If I had written this review within the 30-day return window, it would’ve been glowing. The battery worked really well initially and I was excited about my purchase, that I found a generic brand battery that seemed to work well. But after only a few uses (literally maybe five cycles), and just beyond the 30-day return window, the battery has failed completely and shut off only minutes after being at 70%. So my initial excitement about the value is now turned to disappointment in wasted money!

I had to replace my battery in my Dell E7240. About a year earlier I had bought another after market battery that was OK, and maybe $15 more than this one, but didn't fit well, color didn't match so well..and obviously didn't last too long as a year later I went looking for another laptop battery and stumbled on this EBOYEE New E7240 GHT4X 7.4V 45WH 4cell 12.5" Battery.Long story short the fit on my Dell 7240 is PERFECT unlike the OTHER battery I had bought. The color and finish match my Dell 7240 like it's an OEM battery. The price is fantastic here..and so far, the battery life has been better than my original Dell battery. I did charge it and discharge as pr the manufacturer's suggestions. This seems a great battery at a even better price...worth every penny!! 5 stars!

Worked great for 37 months. Still holding charge but bulging. Off to the recycler.

Judging by reviews of other aftermarket batteries, I was not expecting much compared to a factory supplied Dell battery. I have to say that I have been pleasantly surprised by the performance of this battery, particularly at this very reasonable price point.I followed the instructions for initial charge and discharge cycles, and have been getting three to over four hours, depending on what I am doing on a Dell Latitude E7240. I would definitely recommend this battery.

Good battery but my computer doesn't recognize the battery even though it says charging.

Had this battery over a month now. Was okay in the beginning. Now it will only charge to 75%. I can only assume it is the battery as it worked in the beginning! Will update this in a few months too see if it degrades any further!

Arrived earlier than anticipated; fits well and fully-charged within an hour. In fact, I plan to order a back-up!
