The light is purchased separately. Case is very nice.

I'm not sure what you mean. This is a case to hold your cords, chargers, etc and space for the neck light. It doesn't come with any cords or devices.

Q: Does this fit the Enclize neck light?

I would think it does if the sides are flexible and bend. I have a different brand and mine fits perfect.

Q: How do you get rid of the strong chemical odor from the case?

I also had that problem with the chemical odor. I left it out my window all the night and partial next day, and the odor got off.
