Just bought my second bottle and I think it’s working. Hot flashes used to be almost daily, haven’t had one since about a week after taking this. I can’t swallow large pills, even this one, so I just toss it into my smoothie machine, and drink it daily. Not that it matters, but the pink coating is so pretty!

This product has really helped ease the symptoms of menopause. I have been taking this supplement for two months and then I ran out and it was not on auto ship. My night sweats came back, so I ordered another bottle and it took less than a week for my night sweats to stop. Good results, but a little hard on an empty stomach. Not a miracle product, but can recommend as a solid multivitamin.

Works really well. I noticed it doesn’t work as well if you are taking other multi vitamins. So I cut back on other multivitamins and just used this one. My night sweats and hot flashes are about 80-85 percent gone.

I fo prefer to take 2 smaller sized pills than 1 horse pill. Definitely have seen a decrease in hot flashes and sweatshirts (day and night). Will be subscribing!

It is a good product, helps with your sleep and hot flashes.

What can I say? Well these pills didn’t work for me , I was still sweating at night more then ever. I was constipated for 3 days. It might work for someone , because we’re all different. I wish I get my money back. Not worth the money.
