It's approximately 13cm wide and 19cm long with a depth of about 2cm.

Will this be good for 4 months in a duffle bag in the storage room?

Can't see why not though I suspect it depends on the bag not being 'wet'. It only absorbs damp and needs to be dried from time to time

Can these be used in a refrigerator to reduce condensation?

They would certainly work, but a better solution would be to find the source of the moisture - usually uncovered food or drink. If the soure isn't covered up/seealed, then all that will happen is that the dehumidifier bags would extarct more water = dried out food which is probably not what you want.

How do you know when it needs to be recharged?

A 500g silica gel packet can absorb moisture about 175g,so when the weight around 675g,you can recharged it as instruction.Actually checking its weight is more accurate than the way with colored humidity indicator.
